Majestically sited overlooking Long Island Sound and its own extensive gardens, this early 1900’s residence has undergone two iterations; the first eliminating an underground two-car garage while adding a new kitchen, porch,  garage and extensive landscaping changes, and the second, reordering some rooms, adding fenestration, baths and a new dormered attic suite as part of a complete interior renovation.
